Sending limits
Only the Free plan has an enforced monthly send cap (200 emails a month, and up to 50 a day across the workspace). When you reach the monthly cap the queue holds the rest rather than dropping it, the workspace admins get one notification explaining this with an upgrade prompt, and sending resumes on its own on the 1st of the next month; nothing queued is lost. Paid plans (Scout, Hunter, Apex) have no monthly or workspace-wide daily account cap, so your volume follows your own mailbox limits rather than a platform throttle. To protect your sender reputation, each mailbox still has its own daily safe-send limit (set per mailbox under Email Settings, with optional warm-up that ramps it up gradually). Spreading sends across multiple mailboxes and warming them up helps deliverability. Each mailbox also has a Send interval (a minimum and maximum number of seconds between sends): instead of firing its whole batch at once, the mailbox waits a random gap in that range before each next send, which looks more human to inbox providers and protects deliverability, especially on new or warming mailboxes. The default is 90 to 180 seconds and you can change it per mailbox under Email Settings. Because each mailbox paces itself, using several mailboxes on a campaign still sends quickly overall while no single inbox bursts.
