Who do your telemarketers call?
Businesses. HuntSales as a Service is built for B2B calling: our telemarketers call companies, mainly on their company office lines.
How do you build the call list?
We build it to the audience you set at scoping. Share your ideal customer profile or preferred audience, or a lookalike list of your best customers so we can find similar companies. You can also supply your own prospect list for us to call.
Can you call prospects outside Singapore?
No. Calls placed from the HuntSales platform go to Singapore (+65) numbers only.
Are the calls recorded?
Yes. Answered calls are recorded, and you can play or download every recording in your own HuntSales login.
How do I see the results?
In your own HuntSales login. You see every call made for you and an activity overview with totals, outcomes, talk time and a breakdown per telemarketer. Outcomes use the tags our telemarketers apply after each call: Connected, No answer, Voicemail, Callback and Not interested.
How is the price worked out?
The service starts from S$1,900 a month. We confirm your final price after the scoping call, based on your audience, the size of the list and the call volume.

HuntSales is operated by BizGrants Consulting Pte Ltd, a Singapore company.
