About this notice

This notice explains how HuntSales, operated by BizGrants Consulting Pte Ltd ("we", "us"), collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal data in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). For the full detail of our practices, including rights under the GDPR and CCPA where applicable, please read our Privacy Policy.

Personal data we collect

  • From customers: name, work email, organisation name, role, and account activity needed to provide the service and bill for it.
  • About business contacts: business contact information (name, role, company, business email and phone) that our customers research or that we compile from public and licensed sources for B2B prospecting.

Purposes and consent

We collect, use, and disclose personal data for the purposes of operating HuntSales, including account management, providing prospecting and outreach features, customer support, billing, security, and complying with legal obligations. By using the service or providing your data, you consent to these purposes. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time (see below); withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out.

Disclosure

We disclose personal data only to the extent necessary: to vetted sub-processors (such as cloud hosting, email delivery, and payment providers) under contract, and where required by law. We do not sell personal data.

Protection and retention

We protect personal data with reasonable security arrangements, including encryption in transit, access controls, and row-level security on multi-tenant data. We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law, and then delete or anonymise it.

Under the PDPA you may:

  • Request access to the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
