Hiring signal

The companies hiring right now, before anyone calls them.

A company that just posted roles is spending, growing a team and open to a conversation. HuntSales reads Singapore's public jobs portal every day, groups the postings by employer and matches each one to the ACRA register, so you get real Singapore companies rather than job ads. The signal itself is free.

Free to run

A buying signal that costs nothing to watch

It runs on free government data, so there is no per-match charge and no cap on matches. Subscribe once and run it as often as you like: none of it touches your credit balance. It sits in the Hiring category of the Signal catalog, on the Hunter and Apex plans like every other watchlist.

  • No per-match credit charge and no match cap
  • Checked daily, so a match is usually a day or two behind the posting
  • Included on Hunter and Apex, the same as every other signal
  • Only one step ever costs credits, and it always asks first

Real companies

Matched to the ACRA register, not to a job ad

Every employer behind a posting is matched to the Singapore company register on its UEN, so you are looking at an identifiable entity with a registration standing, not a name on an advertisement. Postings placed by a recruitment agency for a client are excluded by default, so a staffing firm is never mistaken for the company that is actually hiring.

  • Employers matched to ACRA on their UEN
  • Agency-placed postings excluded by default
  • Each match opens straight into the company registry
  • Both sources are public and refreshed daily

What you set

Narrow it to the hiring that means something to you

Watch every new role, or only the pattern you sell into. You can filter by how recently the roles went up (14 days by default), the role categories and seniority levels, a minimum monthly salary, industry or SSIC keywords, and a minimum number of new roles per company, if you only want businesses hiring at pace rather than filling one seat.

  • Recency window, role categories and seniority
  • Minimum monthly salary, industry or SSIC keywords
  • A minimum number of new roles per company
  • Each match summarises the roles, the salary band and the ACRA standing

The one paid step

Reveal the decision-maker when a match is worth a call

Every match carries a Find decision-maker button. It looks for the senior person who owns the function being hired for, saves them into your Contacts against the same company, and looks up their work email. That is the only part that spends credits: 2 People Search credits when their email is found, with the search, the email lookup and its deliverability check all included. When no email comes of it, you pay only for the search: 0.1 per person the search returns, at most 1 credit. The cost is shown before you confirm.

  • 2 People Search credits when their email is found
  • Without an email, only the search: 0.1 per person the search returns, at most 1 credit
  • Nothing is charged when nobody at the company is indexed
  • Anyone already in your CRM is never added or charged the add price twice
  • Phone numbers are not part of this step
