Cold email software pricing in SGD: what Singapore teams actually pay
Every major cold email tool publishes prices in US dollars, which makes budgeting in Singapore an exercise in mental arithmetic. Here are the list prices for Apollo, lemlist, Smartlead, Instantly, and HubSpot converted to Singapore dollars, alongside the costs the pricing pages do not show: data credits, FX fees, and GST.
Per seat, per month, in Singapore dollars
USD list prices are on monthly billing unless noted; annual billing is typically 10 to 25% cheaper across these tools. SGD figures are converted at 1 USD = 1.30 SGD (rounded from the June 2026 spot rate of about 1.29) and are estimates of what your card will be charged.

The costs the pricing page does not show
The plan fee is rarely the whole bill. These are the common add-ons to budget for, stated plainly rather than dramatically: every tool here is upfront about them once you read the fine print.
- Data credits: Apollo meters contact exports and enrichment in credits that expire each billing cycle, with paid overages on top. Instantly prices its lead database as a separate credits subscription (from US$47 a month). lemlist gates its larger database access to higher tiers.
- Email verification: verifying addresses before a campaign is essential for deliverability, and on Smartlead and Instantly it is metered or sold separately rather than bundled without limit.
- Warmup: Smartlead and Instantly include warmup. Apollo retired its native warmup in 2024, so Apollo users typically pay for a third-party warmup tool as an extra line item.
- Mailboxes and domains: no tool includes your actual sending infrastructure. Budget for secondary domains (roughly US$10 to US$15 a year each) and mailboxes (Google Workspace from about US$7 per inbox per month).
- Onboarding: HubSpot Sales Hub Professional carries a one-time US$1,500 onboarding fee on top of the per-seat price.
USD billing, FX fees, and GST for Singapore companies
Paying a USD subscription from Singapore costs more than the sticker price in three quiet ways. First, your bank converts at its own rate, which includes a spread above the mid-market rate. Second, most Singapore-issued corporate cards add a foreign transaction fee, commonly between 1% and 3.5%, on every charge. Third, the SGD amount drifts month to month with the exchange rate, which makes a fixed USD subscription a variable SGD expense for your finance team.
GST adds a further wrinkle. Under the Overseas Vendor Registration regime, overseas SaaS providers above the registration thresholds must charge 9% GST to Singapore customers who are not GST-registered. GST-registered businesses that provide their GST number should not be charged by the vendor, but may need to self-account for GST under the reverse charge rules depending on their input tax position. Either way, it is one more thing to track on a USD invoice. This is general information, not tax advice; confirm your treatment with IRAS guidance or your accountant.
Worked totals: 3 seats and 10 seats
Base plan fees only, monthly billing, converted at 1 USD = 1.30 SGD, before credits, add-ons, FX fees, and GST. Workspace-priced tools (Smartlead, Instantly) do not charge per seat, but their contact and send caps mean larger teams typically end up on higher tiers or add-ons.
| Tool | Plan | 3 seats / month | 10 seats / month | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|---|

| lemlist | Email Pro | US$237 ≈ S$308.10 | US$790 ≈ S$1,027.00 | Per user |
| Smartlead | Pro | US$94 ≈ S$122.20 | US$94 ≈ S$122.20 | Workspace pricing; caps and add-ons apply as you scale |

Frequently asked
Do overseas cold email tools charge Singapore GST?
Often, yes. Under IRAS's Overseas Vendor Registration (OVR) regime, overseas suppliers above the registration thresholds must charge 9% GST on remote services, including SaaS, supplied to Singapore customers who are not GST-registered. If your business is GST-registered and you provide your GST number, the overseas vendor should not charge you GST, but you may need to account for it yourself under the reverse charge rules if you are not entitled to full input tax claims. Check the current IRAS guidance or your accountant for your situation.
What exchange rate does this page use?
All conversions use 1 USD = 1.30 SGD, rounded from the June 2026 spot rate of about 1.29. Your card or bank will apply its own rate plus a margin, so the SGD figures here are estimates, not exact charges.
Are these prices current?
They are public list prices as we found them in June 2026, on monthly billing unless noted. Vendors change pricing and most offer annual discounts of roughly 10 to 25%, so always confirm on the vendor's own pricing page before budgeting.
Why does a USD subscription cost more than the sticker price?
Two reasons: the exchange rate your bank applies usually includes a spread above the mid-market rate, and most Singapore corporate cards add a foreign transaction fee, commonly in the range of 1% to 3.5%. On a US$590 monthly bill, that fee alone can add roughly S$8 to S$27 a month.
Is HuntSales pricing really GST inclusive?
Yes. HuntSales bills in Singapore dollars with GST included in the listed price, and there is a free tier for solo founders that includes sequenced sending. There is no currency conversion, no FX fee, and no separate GST line to reconcile.
