Why a contact stopped receiving a campaign

The campaign Analytics tab has a Stopped card. Click it for the list of everyone who stopped receiving the sequence, and why. It is a count of people, not a rate, and it is not the same as Unsubscribed or Bounce Rate: each of those answers one cause, while Stopped covers all of them together.

Each person shows a coloured label and one sentence. Bounced: the address rejected the message outright, so it was suppressed and will never be emailed again. Repeatedly undeliverable: three deliveries in a row failed with no successful send in between, so the address was suppressed to protect your sending reputation. Invalid address: the address was confirmed undeliverable before sending, so the step was skipped. Unsubscribed: they opted out, and the rest of the sequence was cancelled. Suppressed: they are on your suppression list. Marked as spam: they reported the message as spam, so the address is suppressed permanently. Replied: the sequence stopped so a person can take over the conversation. Stopped by a user: a teammate removed them from the campaign. Campaign stopped: the campaign itself was stopped.

Replied is shown in green on purpose. A reply is the goal, not a failure, so a campaign with a lot of stops can be a healthy one. Read the reasons, not just the number. A stop we do not have a name for is still listed rather than hidden, so nothing disappears.

You can export the list to CSV with each person's reason, if you have the Export Contacts permission and are on Scout or above.
