Send priority when the daily cap is reached
Each campaign has a Send priority setting that decides which emails go out first when you run out of daily send allowance and cannot send everything that is due. Set it when creating a campaign or later in the campaign's Settings tab (in the Send Window section). There are three modes: "Even (oldest first)" is the default and sends whatever has been waiting longest, treating first-touches and follow-ups equally; "New contacts first" pushes brand-new first emails ahead of follow-ups, so you keep reaching fresh prospects; "Follow-ups first" pushes later sequence steps ahead of new first emails, so you finish conversations you have already started before opening new ones. This only changes anything on days when your daily send limit binds and some emails have to wait until tomorrow; if you have plenty of allowance, everything sends regardless and the order does not matter. The setting is Even by default on every campaign, so existing campaigns behave exactly as before unless you change it.
