Deals: log a deal, then win or lose it

A deal records business you expect to win from a contact or a company. To log one, open the contact's or the company's panel, find the Deals section and add a deal: the deal size in S$ (required), its status (Open, Won or Lost), a close date and comments if you like. A deal logged on a contact is also tagged to the contact's company. To win or lose a deal, edit it (the pencil icon) and change its status; the bin icon deletes it.

The Deals tab of the Workspace (press Go to deals on any Deals section) lists every deal you can see, with totals: the number of deals, the open pipeline, the won value and the win rate (won deals as a share of the deals marked won or lost). Search by company, contact or comments, filter by status (all, open, won or lost) or by rep, and open the By rep breakdown. On a contact's panel, Deals at this company shows the company's other deals you can see.

Without the View All Deals permission, a member sees only the deals they logged. Adding a deal fires the Deal created trigger and webhook, and marking one Won fires Deal won, so your automations and webhooks can act on them. The Copilot can read your deals (open, won and lost, with their values and close dates) but does not log, win or lose them.
