Your booking link for appointments

Your booking link is the Calendly, Google Meet or other scheduling page where prospects book time with you. Set it on your Profile: click your name at the bottom of the sidebar, press Edit next to Meeting Link, paste the address and save.

When anyone logs a call on a contact, the Booking Calendar box has a Check Availability button that opens the booking link of the contact's assigned rep, so you can offer a slot while you are still on the call, for example before choosing Appointment Scheduled. When the contact has no assigned rep, or the rep has not set a link, it opens a superadmin's booking link instead. If nobody has set one, the box says No booking link configured. The same box sits on the contact's panel under the call logger.
