Watchlists: tell HuntSales what to monitor

Watchlists (under Intelligence, Hunter and Apex plans) let you decide what to watch in the market, and HuntSales checks it for you and feeds you the matches. The page has two tabs: My signals (work the matches from what you already watch: run, expand, auto-add) and Signal catalog (browse and subscribe, filtered by category). The fastest way is the Signal catalog: a set of ready-made, pre-tuned signal cards you Subscribe to, grouped into New businesses, Hiring, Government, Brand & IP, and Your CRM (pick a category to see just that group). Nothing runs until you subscribe, so you only get the signals you actually want. Each card shows what the signal means, who it is for, and a plain-English line on how a company or contact qualifies. Phase one signals are New company incorporation (ACRA), Companies hiring salespeople / finance / marketing / engineers (MyCareersFuture), and Your warming-up contacts (your own CRM engagement). You can also still build your own watchlist: pick a source we can reach and type free-form criteria, or describe it in plain English (for example "F&B companies hiring chefs in the east") and the AI fills in the source and filters. The sources are Companies hiring (roles on MyCareersFuture), Newly incorporated companies (ACRA, by sector keywords or all sectors), Engaged contacts (your CRM contacts above a score you set), Won a government tender (companies awarded a contract on GeBIZ, with optional agency or keyword filters), Filed a new trademark (companies that just filed a trademark with IPOS, a brand or product launch tell, with optional brand or class filters), Companies hiring fast (companies posting several roles at once, a scaling signal), and three first-party signals on your own CRM: Champion left (a contact's email hard-bounced, so they likely changed jobs), Deal gone cold (an active-stage contact gone quiet), and At-risk companies (a company in your CRM that is struck off or in liquidation at ACRA). Every subscription and watchlist runs automatically once a day, and you can press Run now any time. Switch on notifications and the workspace owners get a bell alert when new matches turn up. Matches are deduped so you only see what is new; company matches link to People Search to claim into your CRM, and contact matches open straight in your Contacts. On people signals (engaged contacts, champion left, deal gone cold) you can also set Auto-add: expand the watchlist, pick a contact list, and every new match is dropped into that list automatically, ready to enrol in a campaign. Pause or unsubscribe any time. More signals (new trademarks and others) are on the way.
