Skipping public holidays in a campaign

Each campaign can skip sending on public holidays. Turn on "Skip public holidays" in the campaign's Settings tab (in the Send Window section) or when creating a campaign. The holiday calendar follows the campaign's send window timezone: Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia (Jakarta), and Philippines (Manila) are supported; for any other timezone the toggle has no effect and shows as disabled. When a send would land on a public holiday, it is deferred to the next allowed day at the start of the send window, so nothing is lost. The setting is off by default on every campaign, and the built-in calendar currently covers 2026 holidays.
