Signing up without a Singapore UEN

HuntSales is built for Singapore and the region. A company registered outside Singapore, in Malaysia, Indonesia or Australia for example, has no UEN, so it sets up its workspace with its country of registration and its company registration number instead.

What to enter. On the setup page, choose "My company isn't registered in Singapore" under the UEN field. Pick your country of registration: Malaysia, Indonesia, Australia, Hong Kong, the Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, India, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, China, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, the United States or Canada. For anywhere else choose Other and type the country's name. If you type a country from the list there, such as UK or Viet Nam, setup files it under that country. Then enter your company registration number as it appears on your registration documents, for example your SSM number in Malaysia, NIB in Indonesia or ABN in Australia: 3 to 40 characters of letters, digits, spaces, dashes, slashes and dots. A company registered in Singapore always signs up with its UEN, and "My company is registered in Singapore" takes you back to that field.

A work email is still required. Sign up with your company email address, whichever country your company is registered in. Personal addresses (such as Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook.com or Hotmail) and disposable inboxes can't create a workspace.

One workspace per registration number. Setup refuses a registration number that already has a workspace in the same country, however it is written: spaces, dashes, dots, slashes and capitals do not make it a different number. A Singapore UEN counts as the same company whether it was entered as a UEN or as a registration number. If a colleague has already set one up, setup says the company is already registered, so ask your workspace admin to invite you instead. The same happens when someone with your work email domain already has a workspace.

What works the same. Plans, prices (in SGD), credits, People Search (Singapore is the default location, and you can pick the countries you sell into), campaigns from your own mailbox, the pipeline, Tasks, Analytics, the Copilot, the API and MCP, and inviting your team all work exactly as they do for a Singapore company. Your profile shows your registration number where a Singapore workspace shows its UEN.

Calling. A workspace registered in Malaysia or Indonesia starts with its own country and Singapore as the countries its team can call, and a number saved without a country code is read as its own country's. Any other workspace starts with Singapore only. Either way your Super Admin can change the countries under Calling, on the Numbers tab (see "Calling: which countries your team can call").

Singapore-only features. Some features are built on Singapore's public registers, so they cover Singapore companies only, whichever country your own company is registered in: Companies Search (Singapore's company registry), the registry details shown on a Singapore company in your CRM, the Companies hiring recently (Singapore) signal and the watchlists for newly incorporated Singapore companies, government tenders and trademark filings, and the Grants reference under Resources, which lists Singapore government schemes. Suggested Audiences cannot read your company's industry from Singapore's register, so it suggests audiences from the industry and "what do you sell" line you give at setup or in Settings.
