Intelligence: scoring, analytics, AI briefs
The Analytics page (Hunter and Apex plans) is the analytics suite, with five lenses: Outreach (send/open/reply performance), Pipeline (deal movement and win probability), Prospects/Market (where your contacts come from and which segments convert), Reply quality, and Team. The Intelligence page is its sibling hub, holding Signals, Audiences, the Engagement Leaderboard, the ICP Builder and an Insights dashboard. On top of the analytics dashboards: automatic lead scoring ranks contacts by engagement (replies, reply intent, pipeline stage, opens, call outcomes, website visits and recency) on a 0 to 100 scale, with the full ranked list on the Hot Leads tab of Analytics. By default a contact scoring 70 or more is Hot and 40 or more is Warm, and admins can change both cutoffs under Settings, Hot lead score thresholds (the change applies workspace-wide, including the badge in the contact drawer); anomaly alerts email your superadmins (a daily check) when a metric moves unusually; and AI briefs (weekly outreach brief, weekly pipeline brief, monthly market brief, 5 AI credits each) summarise what changed and what to do, and can be emailed to you on a schedule. What sets this apart from generic sales AI: it runs on your own data, not a database we sell you. The ICP learns your winning-customer profile from your own converted contacts and won deals, describes the pattern (for example "your wins cluster in computer programming, 11 to 50 staff, under 10 years old") and flags monthly when it drifts. The scores are deterministic, unit-tested math, so every deal-win-probability breaks down into the factors that moved it (stage, reply intent, engagement, close-date slip) with no invented numbers, and the briefs are built strictly from your data. It also tells you when not to send: ghost detection flags a warm contact who went silent after your follow-ups, and anomaly alerts catch a bounce spike or reply collapse early.
