Email Verification page and bulk verify

The Email Verification page (in the sidebar under Data) checks a whole list of addresses at once so you can clean it before a campaign. Verification never runs on its own and never spends credits without your say-so: you pick an existing contact list or upload a CSV of emails (uploading only builds the list, it does not verify), and then HuntSales shows an exact cost estimate before anything is charged. The estimate tells you how many addresses are new checks (0.5 credits each), how many are already verified in the last 90 days (free), and your current balance. Nothing is spent until you click Verify; if your balance is short, the page shows Top up and Upgrade buttons and keeps Verify disabled. The workspace owner is never charged.

Each address gets one of three results, shown as a coloured chip: Verified (green, the mailbox is real and accepts mail), Risky (amber, the provider could not give a clear yes or no, for example a catch-all domain), or Invalid (red, undeliverable). Addresses that have never been checked show as Unverified, and an address is only ever labelled Verified when it actually passes the check. The same chips appear on contact rows and in the contact drawer, and you can filter the Contacts list by verification status. Very large lists are verified in batches; when a run hits the per-run limit it tells you how many are left and offers Verify remaining, which shows a fresh estimate and asks you to confirm again before spending.

You can also verify a selection straight from the Contacts list: tick some contacts, open Actions, and choose Verify emails, which shows the same estimate and confirm step. Bulk verification is available on paid plans (Free and expired trials are prompted to upgrade), while the single Verify button on one contact stays available to everyone. Three clean-up helpers sit alongside an invalid result: Move invalid to list gathers the invalid-status contacts in your selection into an "Invalid emails" list; Add to Suppression List stops every campaign from ever emailing them; and in the contact drawer an invalid address can be corrected inline and re-verified with the Verify button. Verifying confirms a mailbox is real and can receive mail; it does not guarantee inbox placement over spam.

Verification never runs automatically. Adding, importing, or uploading contacts spends nothing; you always pick an action, see the exact cost, and click to confirm before any credit is used. The one exception is a campaign you launch yourself with a recipient verification policy you chose in its Settings. That policy has three options: Off (send to everyone, no checking, no verification credits), Verified + Risky (send to verified and risky recipients, invalid addresses always excluded), and Verified only (send only to verified recipients). Under either non-off policy, any recipient not checked in the last 90 days is verified at send time for 0.5 credits per address before the policy is applied; invalid addresses are skipped so you never bounce on them, and if your balance is too low the send still goes out rather than stalling.
