Who can see a campaign, and sharing one
A campaign belongs to the member who made it. On the Campaigns page a member sees only the campaigns they made, plus any campaign a Super Admin shared with them. A Super Admin sees every campaign in the workspace, and so does a member whose role has the View All Campaigns permission (Team, Permissions; it is off for every role until you tick it). Wherever the list holds someone else's campaign, the Run by column says whose it is.
Sharing a campaign. A Super Admin (or a View All Campaigns holder) opens the campaign and presses Share, ticks one or more members and presses Share again. Paused members, removed members and Super Admins are not offered. The member can then open the campaign and see its steps, recipients, stats, progress and replies. They cannot change it: editing, launching, pausing, resuming, duplicating, deleting, and adding or removing people stay with the person who made it and the Super Admin, so a shared campaign is marked "View only". A member whose role cannot open Campaigns still gets the Campaigns page in the sidebar once something is shared with them, showing only what was shared. To take it back, press Share and then Stop sharing next to the member. Every share and every stop is recorded in the activity log.
The same rule applies everywhere campaign data shows up: Email Review lists only held emails from campaigns you can see, the Outreach lens under Intelligence and the Deliverability tab in Email Setup count only those campaigns, the command palette finds only those campaigns, and the AI Copilot and the API (MCP list_campaigns, get_campaign_engagement) answer the same way. Pickers that add people to a campaign (Contacts, Workspace, Website Visitors, Find contact details, automations) offer only campaigns you can change. Email Setup shows a member only the mailboxes they connected (see "Connecting a mailbox"). The suppression list stays shared by the whole workspace. Sending is not affected by any of this: every campaign keeps sending on its own schedule whoever can see it. A member a campaign is shared with also sees its steps' attachments, read only.
