Website visitor tracking

Website Visitors (under Intelligence in the sidebar) shows the people from your CRM who are browsing your website. Install the small tracking snippet on your site (instructions on the page). Identification happens when a visitor submits a form carrying their email: that visit is matched to the contact, the pages they viewed are kept on the record, and they can be dropped into a re-engagement list. Visitors who never identify themselves stay anonymous, so this does not name companies from IP addresses. Visits that match contacts or ICPs in your CRM are flagged so reps can follow up while interest is hot, and high-intent visit patterns also raise a bell notification.
