ICP & Targeting (under Intelligence) lets you define ideal customer profiles: title, industry, company size, country and more, with autocomplete from your own data. You can also draft an ICP from your converted customers and won deals in one click, free, built from the patterns in your own data. Every new prospect is automatically tagged with the ICPs it fits, match lists are ranked by engagement, and a monthly drift check tells you when your winning profile is changing shape. A match with no email on file has a Find email button that looks up their work email: 2 credits per email found, the same as adding a person with an email. No email found, no charge. The address it finds gets a deliverability check at no extra cost, and the price is on the button.
