Suggested Audiences: who to target
Suggested Audiences (the Audiences tab under Intelligence) is the forward-looking partner to ICP targeting. ICP matches the contacts already in your CRM; Suggested Audiences tells a newer customer who to go after when they have no win history yet. From your industry, your SSIC, and a short "what do you sell" line, it recommends the buyer personas worth targeting, expressed as the job titles and seniorities that prospect search can actually find (for example a training provider gets L&D and HR managers; a cybersecurity vendor gets IT managers, CISOs and CTOs). Each card shows the personas, why they are the buyer, and a live count of how many matching people are in your market. Previewing that count is always free. When you like an audience, Build list claims those people into a brand-new contact list (this uses your Vault claim quota, the same as People Search), ready to enrol in a campaign. The free count only covers people already in your Vault, which is a subset of the market. Each card also has a "Find more in People Search" link that opens a Live search pre-filtered to that audience to discover people not yet in your Vault; that path uses People Search credits, and nothing is charged until you run the search. The first suggestions are generated for free from a curated map of common Singapore industries; the "Suggest more (AI)" button asks the AI for extra, more tailored audiences and costs 2 AI credits. The AI can only pick from the same fixed menu of job functions and seniorities, so every audience it suggests is one you can actually search and build. Set your industry and what you sell in onboarding (or Settings) for the sharpest suggestions; with nothing set you still get three safe default audiences (founders, finance and operations leaders).
