Job-change tracking (Champion Tracker)
Job-change tracking is paused right now while we change data sources, and you are not being charged for it. When it is running, here is how it works. Job-change tracking (on any paid plan) keeps an eye on a contact's LinkedIn profile and alerts you when they move to a new company, so a champion who leaves becomes a warm lead at their new employer and a fresh contact to make at the old one.
It is opt-in for the whole workspace. Go to Watchlists, open the Signal catalog, and subscribe to "Pipeline contact changed jobs". Until you subscribe, nobody in your team can start tracking anyone, so there is no way to switch on a recurring charge by accident.
Once subscribed, open that signal in your list and expand it. The Tracked contacts panel is where you choose who to watch: search your contacts by name, hit Track next to the ones worth watching, and Stop to drop them. The panel always shows how many contacts are tracked and what that costs you a month. Contacts need their LinkedIn profile saved, because that is what the watch is keyed on.
Subscribing is free. Each tracked contact then costs 2 credits per month, charged monthly, with the next charge date shown next to the name. When the person changes jobs, a match appears under the signal and in your alerts. Stop tracking any time to end future charges. Unsubscribing from the signal stops tracking every contact at once. Tracking runs on a monthly cadence only. If your credits run out when a monthly charge falls due, we stop watching that contact and tell you: the subscription for that person is removed rather than suspended, so topping up alone does not bring it back. Top up, then Track that contact again to restart it. Nothing is charged while they are not being tracked.
