Signing up and confirming your email
How to create your HuntSales login and get to your workspace.
Use a work email. A workspace is created with a company email address. School and government addresses work too. Personal addresses (such as Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook.com or Hotmail) and disposable inboxes can't create a workspace, and the sign-up form says so before it creates a login. Sign up with the email form, or with Continue with Google or Continue with Microsoft using your company's Google or Microsoft account.
Confirm your email. After you sign up with the email form, a "Check your inbox" screen shows the address we sent a confirmation link to. It can take a few minutes to arrive. Not there? Check spam or junk. "Send the email again" sends another copy, and can be pressed again a minute after each send. If the address is wrong, "Start again" gives you a fresh form. If you try to sign in before confirming, you get the same screen and the same button. If you still have not confirmed an hour after signing up, we send the confirmation once more by itself. Clicking the link signs you in and opens the setup page.
Signed in with a personal Google or Microsoft account? The setup page says workspaces need a work email. You don't need to start over: type your work email under "Your work email" and press "Use my work email". We email a link to that address. Open it, and your login switches to your work email and setup carries on, on the same login. The page moves on by itself once the link is opened, or press "I've opened the link". If we also emailed your personal address, open that link too. Your login only changes once the link sent to the work address is opened, so nobody can use a company address they cannot receive mail at. If that work address already has a HuntSales login, sign out and sign in with that one instead. You can also sign out and use your company's Google or Microsoft account.
Setting up your workspace. Setup asks "Where is your company registered?". A company, school or agency registered in Singapore gives its UEN (see "Do I need a registered business?"). A company registered anywhere else chooses "My company isn't registered in Singapore" and gives its country and company registration number (see "Signing up without a Singapore UEN").
If your company already has a workspace. When someone with your work email domain has already set one up, setup says so and does not create a second one. Ask one of its admins to invite you, then accept the invitation from your inbox. If your company is not part of that workspace, email hello@huntsales.io. The same applies when your UEN or registration number is already registered.
Inside the app, click the help button (bottom corner on a computer, top bar on a phone) to ask the assistant or leave a message for our team.
