People who asked not to be in our data

Anyone can ask HuntSales to stop holding their business contact details, under Singapore's PDPA or the GDPR. When they do, we delete their record from our shared business contact data and add them to our exclusion list, so their details are not added again. We match people on the list by the email address and LinkedIn profile link they gave us, and by a profile link an email lookup ties to that address. For that list we keep only a one-way fingerprint of each, made with a secret key, never the details themselves.

What that means for you. Someone we can match does not appear in People Search results, Account Map or a hiring-signal decision-maker, is never pulled by Add all to list, Suggested Audiences, the Copilot or MCP, and cannot be added to your CRM from the results grid or the REST API: the add skips them free and says they could not be added. If an email lookup finds an address on the list, it is not saved, you are not charged for it, and the contact that add just created is removed unless someone has already worked on it.

What it does not touch. Contacts you import from your own CSV file or type in by hand are your own data, so the list never blocks them. Someone already in your CRM stays there: the list only stops them being added again from our data. If the person asks you directly to stop contacting them, add them to your Suppression List as well.

Search results you open are saved for 7 days, so re-opening a page is free, and then deleted.

If you are the person and want to be excluded, email hello@huntsales.io with your email address and, if you have one, your LinkedIn profile link.
