Where did my credits go? (Credit history)

Open Billing (from the Usage meter at the bottom of the sidebar, or Billing in the sidebar) and press Credit history under Your credits this month. It shows where your credits went.

What it shows. First the totals for the period, for People Search credits and for AI credits: what was used, what was refunded, and the net used (used less refunded). Then the same use by type: people search views, adds with email, email verification, company lookups, enrichment, AI and other. A bar for each week, Monday to Sunday, shows the net People Search credits used, with AI credits beside it. Then every line, newest first: the date and time (Singapore time), the member, what it was (for example People added to contacts, People Search, Email verify or Copilot message), what it was for when we know it (the search, the list or the company), and the credits, with anything given back in green. Press Load more for older lines.

The period. It starts on the current credit cycle: People Search credits since your plan credits last reset (your billing date on a paid plan, or the day you signed up on Free), and AI credits since the 1st of the month, when they reset. Pick Choose dates to see any range of up to a year, with both kinds of credits over the same days.

Filters. Filter by member, by type or by dates. On a phone, press Filters to open them, and the lines show as cards.

Who sees what. A Super Admin and members with Team Management see the whole team, a total for each member, and each member's budget for this cycle beside it. Pick a member to see only their lines. Everyone else sees only their own use, here and on the Credit Usage tab of their profile. Lines no member started, such as plan and top-up credits, show as Workspace. Lines of someone since removed from the team keep their name, marked (removed), and they are not in the member filter.

Refunds. A refund is a line of its own, because it hands credits back without saying which charge it was for: a lookup that found nothing, the unused part of a short search page, an add that came without an email, or an AI action that failed. A refund of a member's own charge shows in that member's history; older refunds show as Workspace. Plan, top-up and bonus credits are listed too (the Plan and top-up credits type), but they are not use, so they are left out of the totals.

Budgets. A member's total here can be more than their budget use, because checks before a campaign sends, automatic call summaries and meeting scoring are paid by the team and never count toward a budget. See "How credits work for teams".

Download. Download CSV saves the filtered list, the same lines as the screen: date and time, member, what, what for, credits and credit type. It is there for members who see the whole team and for members with Export Reports, and holds only the lines they can see. It has no contact names or emails. A very large download stops at 100,000 lines and says so in its last line; pick fewer days to get the rest.
