Account Map: browsing the people at a company

Open any company from the Companies page (or a company panel) and use "People at this company" to see who works there, then save the ones you want straight into your CRM against that company.

People are found by the company's LinkedIn page when the company's website in your CRM is its LinkedIn page, and otherwise by its name without endings such as "Pte. Ltd." or "Sdn. Bhd.", in the company's own country, or your workspace's country when the company has none. A website is not used to find them: our data often holds a company's site in another form.

Show team lists the people at the company, 10 per page, for up to 1 credit per page, charged at 0.1 per person shown, the same rate as People Search: a company with 3 people in our data costs 0.3. The cost is shown on the button before you spend anything. Browsing and saving both need the Account Map permission; without it the section does not appear on the company.

You confirm the credits before every page you have not opened recently, including when you load more, so there is never a silent charge. Re-opening a company you viewed in the last 7 days is free (the results are cached), so those pages open straight away with no confirmation, and a page that comes back empty is fully refunded.

Adding people to your CRM from here spends 2 People Search credits per person added with an email, nothing for a person without one, and skips anyone already in your CRM. A team map gives you names, titles and LinkedIn profiles rather than emails, so most people added this way arrive without an address and get a work email lookup, charged only if it finds one; wherever an email comes with the contact, the 2-credit rate covers a mailbox-level deliverability check we pay for. An email we already held that does not pass its deliverability check is not charged: the 2 credits come back. We then look the person up once more, charged 2 only if we find a new email. Tick the people you want and choose Add to CRM; they are added and linked to the company automatically.
